dependable service. We maintain a Network Operations Center (NOC) to handle 24
hour support for our clients. Our guaranteed response times ensure that problems

response to emergency situations within 2 hours and 88% are responded to within

Optivor has a Customer Support Center (CSC) complete with Nortel laboratories
and product inventories to support our Service Guarantee.
Opti-Trak
Optivor has implemented world-class enterprise software to facilitate accounting, order
management, trouble-ticketing, service order status, and inventory management
and account status. Opti-Trak allows our clients to enjoy access to people
focused on Nortel (and complimentary) technologies.
Optivor is committed to providing live, Nortel certified personnel in addition
to a Web tool. Optivor differentiates its service quality by engaging
Nortel-certified personnel at all levels and all phases of the client experience
– no other Nortel dealer can make this claim.
Optivor’s Opti-Trak software will be enhanced with a new release of software.
Opti-Trak 3.0 is scheduled for release third quarter, 2007.
Optivor warrants the equipment and services we furnish to be of the highest
quality, complying with the manufacturer specifications, and free from all
defects whatsoever in workmanship and materials, for a period of one (1) year
from the date of delivery. Replacement and repairs that are covered by the
manufacturer warranty are to be made on-site, by Optivor, at no cost to and to
the satisfaction of our customer.
Opti-Train
Optivor has a training program for every solution. Commensurate with the
solution proposed, you will receive user training classes of up to 90 minutes
each. The purpose of this training is to embrace the benefits of productivity
quickly and correctly. You will also receive administrator training based upon
the level of system you are purchasing. It is Optivor’s goal to make our
customers self-sufficient and pleased with the new solution. We also offer
customer training packages for an additional fee.

Our Facilities
Optivor has state-of-the-art technical support facilities in Maryland, USA. We offer our Nortel
laboratory as a resource to our clients. Customers can learn and attempt technical procedures
in a “non-production” environment, mitigating risk to production-oriented solutions.
This is just one value-added service that Optivor offers to our clients. Optivor’s lab has been
acknowledged as one of the best Nortel laboratories in the country.
Optivor’s Network Operations Center (NOC) supports remote monitoring and management for the PBX
and Voice Mail Systems (where applicable).
The NOC supports a 7x24x365, fully redundant support
organization that currently provides remote monitoring/management services. The entire facility is
equipped with state-of-the-art technology and multiple backup power sources.
Optivor also maintains Nortel inventories for our clients. We house Nortel products, and we have access
to additional Nortel inventories. Our clients have global access to the finest service and support anywhere.
